Adventurous hardly scratches the surface when describing these two.  For Caroline and Josh, everything is an adventure.  His work travels, their pups -- even something as simple as an email in your inbox -- these two leave you feeling refreshed, valued, and as though you've embarked on a whole new experience every time you are around them.  It's just one of the reasons I have come to absolutely adore them over the course of the last year or so.

Remember their engagement?  We travelled to Roan Mountain, TN to scale a mountain and reach the peak just in time to snap some golden hour portraits in the mountain breeze.  And how did they end it?  By celebrating with a bottle of Veuve Cliquot behind the fortress of a rock to shield us from the whipping wind.  It was an adventure and it will always hold a sweet spot in my memory.

So it would only make sense that their wedding day would feel like a fresh, new adventure within itself, right?  We spent the day scurrying around the gorgeous, Southern gem of Burge Plantation.  The theme for the day was light and carefree, classic and quite southern, with the girls laughing while putting on makeup in front of the grand, golden mirror -- the guys sharing a drink and a cheers in a picturesque cabin across the property.

The reception was nothing short of a party -- light-up rings making an appearance, limbo competitions and dancing on the stage with the lively band.  It was all a celebration I am so grateful to have been a small part of!

Caroline + Josh, celebrating you two is so easy!  Cheers to your next adventure in marriage!
